The mouthfeel is somewhat tart with burnt espresso beans bitter chocolate and a note of toasted almond. A long finish of caramel and bitter chocolate as well as charred bitter hoppy notes melds with a sweet honeyed and syrupy taste and texture. A fascinating flavor progression.
