Raspberry cobbler candied watermelon rind caramel peanuts and violets on the nose. The palate is earthy and malty balanced against sweeter notes of Juicy Fruit gum cherry cola and semi-sweet chocolate. Water brings out spice along with caramel brown sugar and generous oak influence. On the finish toasted oak is balanced against notes of raspberry jam and chocolate-covered strawberries. Pleasant and luscious with pronounced but balanced spice.
