Wood spice with a little peat smoke vanilla cream dried apricot golden sultana apple rings and orange peel make for a tantalizing combination of scents. Named after the Swedish word for sea the palate is awash with a concentration of sweet fruit pepper clove and wood spices yielding to dried mango papaya light honey apricot and peach until a second wave of spiciness washes over everything.
