Spiced apple redcurrant blushing pink young raspberries with a deeper earthiness like a hedgerow run wild. An autumnal character: apple rhubarb ginger piquant fruits more vanilla then a finish of sweetened apple and peppercorns. A definite imprint from the higher-strength pot still.
